Yuuzoo Corporation has agreed to make a minimum equity investment of US$15 million ($21.5 million) in Relativity, the US-based movie studio, with an option of investing an additional US$135 million.
This will be funded by a combination of debt financing and/or other fund raising exercises to be carried out by Yuuzoo.
In a Friday filing to the Singapore Exchange (SGX), Yuuzoo says this latest agreement will supersede those previously announced.
